• Can artists sign up to be affiliates?
  • Yes! We encourage you, as a designer, to take advantage of our Partner Program. This will effectively double your commission for the sales made by your customers through the promotions you already send and share.

• If I already have a VIDA account as an artist or customer can I use the same account to log into shopvida.refersion.com?
  • No, you must sign up separately as an affiliate, username, and passwords do not transfer over at this time.

• As a designer signing up, will the Refersion automatically link my designer and affiliate accounts?
  • Unfortunately, no, not at this time.  However, our Concierge Team is responsible for linking your affiliate and designer accounts upon approval.  If this is not the case, please email [e-mail].

• Can I create a link that goes directly to my collection?
  • Yes! We have a separate how-to with screenshots if you need additional help, but briefly: under “link options” click “Create a link to a specific page”, in the popup box enter the URL for your collection and select “create a link”.  For more information, please visit this page. 

• How can I find products relevant to my network/audience?
  • We have featured collections that may appeal to your audience. You can find all of our feature collections here. If there is a collection you want to be created for your audience please email your request to: [e-mail] we are constantly trying to expand our collection offerings. In addition, you can also use our search function to find products. 

• What if I need assets that you don’t have in the Creative tab?
  • We are happy to help in any way possible, if there is an asset you need that can be shared with all affiliates please do not hesitate to ask. Send us your request to [e-mail].

• How do I get paid?
  • Payments are made via PayPal. Affiliates also have the choice to receive VIDA gift cards rather than PayPal payments if preferred. 

• How much do I get paid?
  • You are paid 10% of the order value for all purchases made through your personal affiliate link. If you are an artist, this is on top of the quarterly commission you get if the customer ended buying your product using your affiliate link.

• When do I get paid?
  • You will get paid monthly through PayPal. 

• What if I don’t have PayPal?
  • You have the option to receive VIDA gift cards in lieu of PayPal payments.  Please reach out to [e-mail]. 

• Will I get a commission on purchases I make?
  • Unfortunately, no.  One of the goals of this program is to share profit to affiliate artists who share responsibility in promoting VIDA products to their own set of followers. This helps in building the artists' personal brand or niche and increasing awareness for VIDA products. 

• Can I get the extra commission from the sales I've made previously by promoting my collection?
  • No, our system is automated, so only sales made since registering as an affiliate and using your unique affiliate link to promote your collection will get the affiliate commission.
