How to Access Your Order Tracking History

. There are two ways to access your order history and view live order status. In our top navigations you may click "Order Tracker" or the truck icon in the upper right corner. 

2. When you click "Order Tracker" the following screen will appear if you are not logged in. In order to view your current order you must input the email address you used to place the order and your order number which would have been shared with you in your confirmation email (subject line "Thank You from VIDA"). 

3. Now your order information will appear and you will be able to see where your items are. 

4. If you know your email and password with VIDA you may login to see your order history and account details.
