Why is there a need for a website change?

How we commenced this journey and where we are now has grown organically and in directions we never imagined. The pandemic and masks took over our space, and now in order to better serve you as a creative, we will soon segment VIDA into two separate but linked platforms—one devoted to our health products and the other devoted to our artist community. 

This dedicated artist space will arrive within weeks to give you more visibility as well as Calls for Art, Artist Spotlights, and New Artist Features to better highlight and serve our creatives. We’re also relaunching our Studio by VIDA dedicated Facebook page as another venue to share your work.

What’s my new collection link?

Your personalized/chosen link name will remain, but the extension shopvida.com will change to vida-studio.com

Would there be a step-by-step procedure that will be provided in terms of navigation?

We made it a point to make navigation easy for you on the new website so we didn't make a huge leap with changes other than the segmentation, however, as the website split is relatively new and hasn't been fully implemented, we currently don't have a step-by-step navigation video. In case you have trouble finding your way around, you can always send us an email at [e-mail].

Will I still get my commission quarterly?

Yes, there are no changes to the quarterly commission.

How will the change affect my affiliate account? Will my affiliate link change? 

We will be sending the new affiliate link once the new studio page is live.

Will I still be paid monthly for the affiliate commission?

Yes, nothing will change.

I am a Premium storefront paying customer. Will any change after the website change?

None. You will continue to receive the same type of service for the Premium storefront moving forward.
