How to reset password

If you forgot the password to your VIDA artist account, you will need to reset it.

Prior to resetting your password, check to make sure that the Caps Lock key feature is not on, as passwords are case-sensitive.

To reset your password:

• Go to studio.shopvida.com.
• Click “Don’t Remember Your Password?”
• Enter the VIDA account email address you want to access
• Click “Send Email”

Upon receiving an email of the action requested from the VIDA team, please confirm that you want to reset your password.

If you do not receive the “Reset Password” email from VIDA, please check your SPAM or JUNK folders.
