Plus Size Design Placement

VIDA’s Design Studio is developed to support the standard and the plus size range for a variety of items.

The product image you create in Studio is based on a small to medium sized model. It is not a requirement for artists to design specifically for our plus size range.

Our design team and software will translate the placement of your art to your product and produce it in varying sizes. Please note that the placement of your artwork on the final product will be the same for all sizes

In this article, you can find examples of a centrally placed design as well as its smaller and bigger repeat.

As you can see from the images and screenshots below, the final product will look the same in a medium size or a 2X. The same applies to the tolerances for print, bleed, and cut & sew.

It is important to upload a high-resolution file for plus size garments, as a higher degree of zoom is required to produce high quality prints featured on the artwork.

A file that marginally passes our requirements for a small or medium size will not pass the pre-production quality review. To prevent a delay in production, please make sure the file meets the required resolution for the product type designed.
